MISSION STATEMENT
(from the first page of our employee handbook)
We best serve our Patients by acting as advocates on their behalf, striving every day to cultivate an environment where Patients feel welcome at our clinic, knowing their well-being is our primary concern. As a team, we work to understand a Patient’s issues and actively find solutions, whether it be educating them on what lenses might best suit their unique needs or advising them on eye health concerns. With kindness, integrity, and respect, we help protect their vision so that they will see their dreams.
Adorning the walls of our completely remodeled Optometry office are some of the paintings Dr. Sayles brought back from his most recent Optometry Mission Trip to Nicaragua. These works, created by the incredible local artists in Masaya, Nicaragua, feature the national bird of Nicaragua, the ‘Turquoise-browed Motmot’ alongside the national flower, known as the ‘Sacuanjoche,’ as well as the red-eye tree frog, indigenous to Nicaragua as well as much of Central America.
“Joining the Wisconsin Lion’s Club Mission trip was an incredibly rewarding experience!” As a group, we were able to fit 4,000 people with prescription glasses and provide almost 1,000 sunglasses to the people of Chinandega, Nicaragua.
